Keep in mind that this is a preview version of the app, so you might experience a number of bugs and issues, but it’s still an early way to explore features available in IE11.
“Internet Explorer 11 Developer Preview is fast and fluid, and lets your websites shine and perform just like native applications on your PC,” Microsoft explained.
According to Microsoft’s system requirements page, IE11 Developer Preview needs Windows 7 Service Pack 1 or Windows Server 2008 R2 SP1.
As far as hardware requirements go, you need a computer with a 233MHz processor or higher (Pentium processor recommended), 512 MB of RAM, 70 MB of free space and a monitor with a resolution of at least 800x600 px.
Specifically designed for developers who need to optimize their websites for IE11, the browser is available in multiple languages, including Arabic, German, French, Spanish, Korean, Russian, Turkish, and Chinese.
